My Story
As early as age 10, I found myself experimenting with diets and workout plans, desperately trying to lose weight. Over the next six years, I bounced from one restrictive diet to another—Paleo, Keto, and others—while struggling to stick to an exercise routine, all without any real guidance. I used the internet and social media to gain clarity about what would produce results, but I was only left more confused from an overload of conflicting information. This cycle left me with a strained relationship with food, exercise, and, ultimately, my body.
For years, I felt stuck in this cycle. But everything changed when I shifted to an evidence-based approach. Slowly, I began to shed the weight I had gained over the years of a complicated relationship with food and misinformed habits.

By focusing on proven fitness and nutrition principles, I not only lost about 30 pounds, but I also created a relationship with food and exercise that is balanced and sustainable. I discovered how to truly enjoy my workouts, and for the first time, I saw results that were both real and lasting. Today, I eat foods that nourish and satisfy me, and I exercise in a way that produces results. Most importantly, I’ve found peace and joy with exercise, with food, and with my body.
